VHF-QTH

2009 I had to change my QTH from JN47nx for various reasons to a new one. So I was rebuilding my complete station including towers at a new QTH. Since 2009 is JN48mb on the top of the Swabian Alps – Bäumlehof@850m.a.s.l. my new radio home. This QTH was rebuilt with significant financial resources and is now operated and maintained by me.

The visual horizon from my QTH – a small explanation:

The purpose of this maps is to see the best take off directions of the QTH. Me with TX=0dB ground plane 10m above ground and 100WERP other mobile with RX=0dB ground plane 2m above ground. You can also see that there is not much higher ground around my QTH. Now imagine what a 20dB(d) array with 750W(Pout) will do at this QTH. (TNX for mapping to Joop/PA0JVM)

See here some pictures from the start of the rebuild including picking up the trailer.
