4 x 12el./8m boom length according to DK7ZB design
That antenna has a excellent design by DK7ZB. There are no others 12el. 2m yagis with that good pattern and gain. I decided to build a group of 4. After some emails with Martin I started building. The 1.antenna was measured for exact data and corrections and then the other 3 antennas was build the same way. After all the VSWR was 1:1.1 between 144 – 145 MHz. By using 8mm for elements and 10mm for radiator I have nearly no problems with rain/snow/fog. Antenna data taken from DK7ZB’s homepage: 4 Yagis stacked in H-configuration, Gain 20dBd, G/T=-1,49. On the gallery there are also some mechanical details from the elevations system.
